About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team supporting operations in Leeds, West Yorkshire . You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring timely and effective sourcing and hiring.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within a high-volume or tech-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with various sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
