Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate communication to offer management and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and market insights.
- Continuously improve the candidate experience and employer branding efforts.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar human resources role.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing.
- Strong understanding of interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
