Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the pre-employment screening process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using diverse recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Experience working autonomously and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
