Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer management.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining strong communication.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
