The Role

We're looking for an experienced French speaking Talent Sourcing Specialist to join PeopleScout and support one of our global clients across EMEA and APAC. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves the search. You'll spend much of your time identifying and engaging passive talent, building strong pipelines and finding creative ways to reach people for specialist and hard-to-fill roles across multiple international markets. You'll also bring valuable market insight to HR and recruitment teams, helping them understand talent availability and shape the best approach for each search. Who We Are Looking For: You'll be an experienced sourcer or recruiter with a real strength in proactive candidate identification and engagement. You're confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques, know your way around Boolean searches and talent mapping, and enjoy getting under the skin of a difficult brief to find people others might miss. You'll need to be comfortable communicating confidently with candidates and stakeholders in French, as well as English, in a professional setting.
