Teachers & Teaching Assistants Wanted - Set Your Own Day Rate

Teachers & Teaching Assistants Wanted - Set Your Own Day Rate Immediate Starts Available Across Cambridge, Peterborough & Surrounding Areas Are you a Teacher, Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, HLTA, Cover Supervisor or Learning Support Assistant looking for flexible work, a long-term role or a permanent position? At Top Marks Education, we're proud to be a recruitment agency that's genuinely different. Founded by a former school leader and current MAT trustee, we understand the challenges schools face and the importance of treating education professionals fairly, honestly and with respect. Why Are We Different?

• You tell us your day rate expectations. Unlike many agencies, we don't work on excessive mark-ups or percentage-based models that reduce what education professionals earn. We have transparent conversations with schools about your value, helping ensure the money goes where it should - to you.
• Free Nationally Recognised CPD. Access a wide range of professional development courses to help develop your skills, strengthen your CV and support your career progression at no cost.
• Education-Led Agency. We're run by people who have worked in schools and understand education from the inside.
• People Before Profit. We're interested in building long-term relationships, not simply filling vacancies.
• Flexible Opportunities. Daily supply, short-term placements, long-term contracts and permanent roles available.
• Dedicated Support. From registration through to placement, you'll have direct contact with someone who understands education and genuinely wants to help.
• Career Development Advice. CV support, interview preparation, compliance guidance and career coaching available.
• Free Compliance Support. We'll help make the registration process as simple and stress-free as possible.
