Teaching Assistant (EYFS and Primary) – Harrow on the Hill, North West London – £95-£100 (depending on experience and qualifications). Start date: September 2026. Permanent contract available.

The School and Role

We are looking to recruit a full‑time Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs (SEN) school from September 2026. The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC) and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH). It offers a welcoming, friendly environment with small class sizes of up to 4–6 students. Our aim is to develop the skills of each staff member through full training and support, with clear progression opportunities as the school expands.

Requirements

• Experience supporting pupils in a mainstream or special needs setting
• Warm and friendly nature, able to build positive relationships with pupils
• Passionate about supporting children with learning barriers
