Teaching Assistant

We’re recruiting for Teaching Assistants provide patient, caring and consistent support to children with special educational needs. This role focuses on supporting learning and development, managing and encouraging positive behaviour, and helping children build their confidence and independence in a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Teaching Assistant job role:

• Provide classroom, small group and 1:1 support to pupils

• Support children with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management

• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence and engagement

• Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Teaching Assistant pay:

£108.50 per day
