Pay:

Teaching Assistants: £93 per day
Cover Supervisors: £120-£130 per day (experience dependent)
Start: From the 2nd of September 2026

Roles Available

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with classwork and activities
Working 1:1 or with small groups
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
Supporting SEN, behaviour or additional learning needs
Helping create a positive, engaging learning environment
Cover Supervisor Responsibilities (training provided if progressing from TA role)

Leading full classes during teacher absence
Delivering pre-prepared lessons confidently
Managing behaviour using school systems
Keeping pupils focused, engaged and on-task
Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons

What We're Looking For

You don't need teaching experience — but you do need:

A positive, professional attitude
Confidence working with young people
Good communication skills
Reliability and resilience
A genuine interest in education
Strong applicants often come from: youth work, coaching/sports, customer service, care or support work, childcare, or existing Teaching Assistant roles.
