Teaching Assistants - Southport & North Liverpool

£90-£110 Per Day | Flexible, Short & Long-Term Opportunities

Love working with children? Let's find you the right school.

You make a difference to children every day. We want to make a difference to your working life.

At People Dynamix Education, we're looking for brilliant Teaching Assistants across Southport and North Liverpool who want more choice, more flexibility and the opportunity to work in schools where they feel supported and valued.

Maybe you're looking for occasional supply work that fits around your family commitments. Perhaps you'd prefer a regular working week in one school. Or maybe you're ready for your next long-term position, with the possibility of something permanent.

Whatever you're looking for, we'd love to help you find it.

Your experience. Your availability. Your choice.

We work with Primary Schools across Southport, North Liverpool and surrounding areas, with opportunities including:

Daily supply - Flexible work that fits around your availability.

Short-term placements - A few days or weeks supporting children in different school settings.

Medium-term opportunities - More consistency while maintaining flexibility.

Full-term placements - Become part of a school team for a term or longer.

Long-term and potentially permanent roles - Find somewhere you can settle, develop and make a lasting difference.

We're interested in Teaching Assistants with experience across EYFS, KS1, KS2, SEND, 1:1 support and general classroom assistance.

Whether you're an experienced TA looking for a change, returning to school-based work or hoping to build on your existing experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Great support deserves great pay.

£90-£110 per day, depending on experience and the role.

You'll also benefit from:

Weekly pay

Holiday pay accrued separately, in addition to your daily wage

Flexible working that fits around your life

Opportunities across Southport, North Liverpool and surrounding areas

The chance to experience different schools, year groups and support roles

Short, medium and long-term placements

Potential routes into permanent employment

Personal support, advice and guidance from a former Primary Headteacher who understands the realities of school life

A friendly, approachable team who genuinely take the time to get to know you

We're looking for Teaching Assistants who...

Have experience supporting children in schools or other relevant settings

Enjoy helping children learn, develop and grow in confidence

Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

Are patient, reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic

Understand that every child has different needs and strengths

Can work effectively alongside teachers and other school staff

Want to make a positive contribution, whether they're in a school for one day or one year

Experience supporting children with SEND would be particularly welcome, although it's not essential for every opportunity.

Not all recruitment agencies are the same.

And we don't think all Teaching Assistants should be treated the same either.

People Dynamix Education is an independent education recruitment agency built around relationships, not simply filling vacancies.

Our education recruitment team includes a former Primary Headteacher with over 20 years of classroom and leadership experience.

We understand that Teaching Assistants are so much more than an extra pair of hands in the classroom. The relationships you build, the confidence you develop in children and the support you provide can have a lasting impact.

That's why we take time to get to know you.

Your experience. Your strengths. The children you enjoy supporting. Your preferred year groups. Your availability.

We want to match you with opportunities that suit you, rather than simply sending you to the next available vacancy.

Not quite ready to make a move?

That's absolutely fine.

You might already be working in a school and considering your options. You might be wondering whether supply work could offer you a better balance. Or perhaps you're registered with another agency but would like to explore what else is available.

You don't need to make a big decision today.

Sometimes the best opportunities start with a simple conversation.

Ready to find your next opportunity?

If you're an experienced Teaching Assistant living in or around Southport, North Liverpool or the surrounding areas, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today. Tell us what you're looking for. Let's find the right opportunity together.
