New 4-bed children's residential home

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker to join a new children's residential home in Doncaster.

This would suit someone already working at Senior or Team Leader level who is looking to join a growing organisation with opportunities to progress.

We're looking for:

• Children's residential care experience
• Level 3 qualification relevant to Residential Childcare
• Previous Senior / Team Leader experience
• Confidence supporting and guiding a staff team
• Ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts
• Driving licence desirable but not essential
