Their homes are designed to feel as much like a family home as possible, with dedicated teams providing support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

At the heart of 3Hive is a commitment to helping young people who may have experienced trauma, challenging behaviour, neglect or family breakdown. Their approach focuses on building positive relationships, developing confidence and giving young people the skills and support they need to move towards independent living.

They are now looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join their team.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position working a rota which includes daytime shifts, sleep-ins and some weekend working.

The role also includes out-of-hours responsibility, providing support to colleagues across 3Hive's homes on a rota basis, including approximately one weekend in three.

Why Join 3Hive?

*

Join a family-run organisation where young people are at the heart of everything they do.

*

Have the opportunity to develop your skills and undertake further relevant qualifications.

*

Play an important part in helping young people build confidence and prepare for independent living.
