Tech Operator – Milton Keynes, Magna Park

Industrious Recruitment are seeking a Tech Operator based at Magna Park, Milton Keynes. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone looking to join a growing team in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Pattern

• Continental shifts: Rotating day and night shifts

• 3 on, 3 off

• Day shifts: 6:00am – 6:00pm

• Night shifts: 6:00pm – 6:00am

Job Description

As a Tech Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team operating high-speed Tetra, canning and PET production lines. You will also be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, quality checks and hygiene inspections.

This is a fast-paced and varied role offering the opportunity to work with an extensive range of products, ensuring that no two days are the same!

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience working in a production environment.

• Experience in machine operation, lubrication and cleaning maintenance would be beneficial.

• GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications, are required.

• A high level of motivation and the ability to learn quickly.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay Rate

• Initial pay rate: £13.60–£14.60 per hour.

• Pay increase after 4 weeks: £17.16 per hour.
