You will be instrumental in optimizing art assets, developing tools, and troubleshooting technical art issues to ensure smooth performance and visual quality in our games. Key Responsibilities

• Optimize 3D models, textures, and animations for real-time performance within game engines.
• Develop and maintain art pipelines, tools, and scripts to improve workflow efficiency.
• Create and implement shaders, materials, and visual effects that meet artistic and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical art-related issues encountered during development.
• Collaborate with artists and programmers to define asset budgets and technical constraints.
• Assist in asset creation, ensuring technical feasibility and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Artist or in a similar role within the game industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya , 3ds Max, Blender) and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity, including their rendering pipelines and asset management systems.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL) for tool development.
• Knowledge of shader development, material creation, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
