Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote-led installation services for clients, ensuring all technical specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues using remote diagnostic tools and communication methods.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive installation guides and best practice documentation.
- Conduct remote system performance checks and initial setup verifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve installation processes.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, client interactions, and any encountered challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Installation Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of relevant hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Excellent remote communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using remote support software and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.
