About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Installer to join their team, operating primarily in and around Norwich, Norfolk . This role is integral to the successful deployment of our client's products, involving the physical installation and setup of equipment at various customer locations. You will ensure that all installations are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position within the Installation & Maintenance sector offers flexibility and the chance to work on diverse projects, with a hybrid working model supporting a good work-life balance for our team members near Norwich .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations of technical equipment according to project specifications.
• Test and commission installed systems to ensure full functionality.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and resolve minor installation issues.
• Provide clients with essential guidance on the use of installed equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at client sites.
• Report on installation progress and any encountered challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hands-on installation role, preferably within the Installation & Maintenance field.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic measurement devices.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and able to manage workload effectively.
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across the Norwich area.
