Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, IT specialists, and engineering professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology and engineering industries.
• Understand technical requirements and advise clients on market trends and talent availability.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring efficient and effective placements.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms to identify hard-to-find technical talent.
• Achieve and exceed placement and revenue targets within the technical recruitment market.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong specialization in technical or engineering recruitment .
• In-depth knowledge of IT, software development, and engineering terminology and skill sets.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging with technical professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven office environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and technical sourcing tools.
