Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and direct headhunting.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and market intelligence in the IT sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and engage niche technical candidates effectively.
• Strong understanding of common programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
