Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical positions, including software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Partner with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and provide expert market insights.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various platforms and networks.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring professionalism and timely communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong focus on technical or IT recruitment.
• Deep understanding of the technology landscape and common technical roles and skill sets.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and interviewing skills, adaptable to remote assessments.
• Strong communication and client management abilities, comfortable working virtually.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage workload effectively in a remote setting .
