Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for a range of IT and engineering positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology sector, understanding their specific hiring requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and placement.
• Stay current with technology trends and market demand to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role focused on IT/tech hiring.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the IT industry landscape.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
