Our client, a specialist technical recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled Technical Recruitment Consultant to join their dedicated team in Reading . This role is perfect for a recruiter passionate about the technology sector, responsible for sourcing and placing high-demand technical talent with innovative companies. You will manage the complete recruitment process, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the success of the Reading office. This is an office-based position requiring full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including software engineering, IT infrastructure, and data science.
• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates, assessing their skills and experience accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific technical hiring requirements.
• Build and nurture a strong network of IT professionals and technical specialists.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies for tech roles.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets within the technical recruitment domain.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven track record in technical or IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various technical domains and programming languages.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and interviewing skills for technical positions.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment processes.
