Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with top technical talent across various disciplines, including software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology sector, understanding their specific hiring needs.
• Source candidates using advanced search techniques, professional networks, and technical communities.
• Screen and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
• Manage the offer process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for placed candidates.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends within the IT industry to provide expert advice.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant with a focus on IT roles.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including various programming languages, frameworks, and IT concepts.
• Excellent sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other technical sourcing tools.
• Ability to effectively assess technical candidates and understand their capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to succeed in a remote working environment.
