Technical Services Manager
Location: Central London Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package Sector: Main Contracting | New Build & Refurbishment
The Opportunity
A growing, family-owned main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join its team.
Working across a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects, valued up to £30m, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical services elements of projects from pre-construction through to delivery.
The Role

Manage and coordinate all technical services aspects of projects.
*
Oversee M&E design, coordination and installation.
*
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
*
Ensure technical compliance, quality and programme requirements are met.
*
Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Technical Services Manager within a main contractor.
*
Strong knowledge of M&E services and technical coordination.
*
Experience across new-build and refurbishment projects.
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.
Salary: Up to £90,000 depending on experience
