Technology Director

I am working with a successful and scaling Norwich-based business that is looking to appoint a Technology Director to join its senior leadership team.

The business is moving from being digitally native to adopt more AI practice - embedding AI, automation, data and technology more deeply across the organisation.

You will lead the Data, AI, Infrastructure and Development teams, own the technology roadmap and make sure the business has the platforms, capability and structure to support continued growth.

You will also act as an ambassador for technology across the business, working with senior stakeholders to identify where technology can improve efficiency, create commercial value and support new client opportunities.

What you need:

• Experience leading a broad technology function or major transformation
• Strong understanding of software, cloud and infrastructure
• Good knowledge of data, architecture and integrations
• Practical experience with AI, automation and emerging technology
• Experience building and delivering technology roadmaps
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working with senior leaders and clients

In return:

• Salary up to £100,000
• Performance-related bonus
• Generous holiday plus bank holidays
• Senior leadership team position
• Potential progression to C-Suite
• Significant influence over the future technology strategy

This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of technology within an ambitious business and help shape its next phase of global growth.

If you are interested, apply now and I will be in touch for a confidential conversation.
