About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecommunications projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to senior management.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant focus on telecommunications projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, including fiber optics, mobile networks, and broadband infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
