About the Role

You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of broadband equipment and infrastructure, ensuring high-speed connectivity for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure broadband modems, routers, and other related equipment at customer premises.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in broadband networks, including line issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Educate customers on the use of their broadband services and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures during site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including diagnostics and resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Broadband Technician or in a similar telecommunications field role.
• Strong understanding of broadband technologies (e.g., DSL, Fibre, Cable).
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule effectively.
• Valid UK driving license and ability to travel throughout the Nottingham area.
