Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst , preferably within the telecoms industry.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles in Sheffield .
