Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
• Map and analyse existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information and validate requirements.
• Support the development and testing phases by acting as a key liaison between business users and IT.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of new telecommunications services and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst , ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements management tools and techniques.
