Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate closely with development, engineering, and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance existing business processes and systems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to system training materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst , preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in analysing data and process improvements is a significant advantage.
