Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications systems and equipment, including routers, switches, and VoIP systems.
• Perform regular diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve network and system issues promptly.
• Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network expansion projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior technicians.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecoms Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, and telecommunications standards.
• Experience with fiber optic technologies and structured cabling.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues related to telecommunications.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
