Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for critical network data.
• Provide technical support to end-users for all telecommunications-related issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role, with a focus on telecommunications.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting VoIP systems, PBX, and associated network components.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security best practices.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
