Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the company's telecommunications network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure network integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, diagnosing hardware and software problems to restore service promptly.
• Manage user accounts, network access, and security permissions.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and support information.
• Respond to network alerts and incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar network support role.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
• Proficiency in managing network hardware from various vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment .
