Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability of telecoms systems.
• Install, configure, and manage network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across the network.
• Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to protect network data.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and threats.
• Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues and inquiries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network topologies.
• Hands-on experience with network hardware from major vendors.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and tools.
• Experience with telecoms specific equipment and configurations is a plus.
