About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret network performance data from various monitoring tools.

• Assist in troubleshooting complex network problems by providing data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with network engineers to implement changes based on analytical findings.
• Maintain documentation of network performance metrics, analysis methodologies, and findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in network analysis, performance monitoring, or a related role.
• Solid understanding of telecommunications networks , protocols, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques; experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to visualize and communicate complex data effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
