Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain telecom network equipment , including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and standards for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role within the telecoms industry.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with network hardware from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
