About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Telecoms Network Operations Manager to oversee their vital network infrastructure in Southampton . Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of network operations engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the telecommunications network, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Manage network capacity, performance monitoring, and proactive maintenance activities.

Requirements
