About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Telecoms Network Operations Manager to lead their network operations team in Cardiff . This leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the company's telecommunications network infrastructure. You will ensure the optimal performance, availability, and security of our client's network services, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business operations. This is a critical position that requires strong technical acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the telecommunications network, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices for network management.
• Monitor network performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
• Coordinate with other departments, including IT, customer support, and engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a telecoms network operations role, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure.
