Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic plans for telecom network growth and capacity expansion based on traffic forecasts and market analysis.

- Create detailed network designs and deployment plans for new services and technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure the feasibility and efficient implementation of network plans.
- Prepare reports and presentations on network development strategies for senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network planning or design within the telecoms industry .
- Strong understanding of network technologies, including fiber optics, wireless, and core network components.
- Proficiency in network planning tools and software.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
