Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic plans for telecommunications network infrastructure growth and evolution.
• Analyze network performance data, traffic patterns, and capacity requirements to identify areas for improvement.
• Design network architectures and topology solutions that support new services and enhance overall network efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of network plans.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new network deployments and upgrades.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on network plans, projections, and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in network planning , design, and architecture within the telecoms sector.
• In-depth knowledge of various transmission technologies (e.g., DWDM, Ethernet, Microwave) and IP networking.
• Proficiency with network planning tools and simulation software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical plans to diverse audiences in a fully remote setting.
