About the Role

Our client seeks a proactive and analytical Telecoms Network Planner to join their expanding team in Milton Keynes . This role is crucial for the strategic development and future-proofing of the company's telecommunications infrastructure. You will be responsible for forecasting network demand, planning capacity upgrades, and evaluating new technologies to ensure the network meets future business needs. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, you will contribute to the long-term vision of the network, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze network usage data to forecast future capacity requirements and traffic trends.

Requirements

• Experience in telecommunications network planning or a similar capacity planning role.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and technologies (e.g., fiber optics, 5G, SDN).
• Proficiency in network modeling and simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
