About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent Telecoms Network Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for their network infrastructure in Wolverhampton . This role involves responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing network issues, and implementing solutions to maintain optimal service performance. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to network incidents and service requests, providing first and second-level technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware, and software.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and configuration of network services.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers or relevant teams when necessary.

Requirements
