Telecoms Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and motivated Telecoms Project Manager to join their expanding team, working entirely remotely with a focus on projects within Belfast and surrounding regions. This role is critical for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of diverse telecommunications projects, from network upgrades to new service deployments. You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, tracking progress and addressing any roadblocks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders through regular reports and meetings.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future improvements in telecoms project delivery .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant portion of that experience in the telecoms sector .
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting, managing tasks and deadlines effectively.
