About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and organised Telecoms Project Manager to lead critical network infrastructure projects, operating out of their Oxford office. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close complex telecoms projects , managing all aspects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions effectively to all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager successfully delivering telecommunications projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable.
