Telecoms Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Telecoms Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects within the telecoms sector in Bradford . This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of telecoms projects , from planning and initiation through to execution and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant portion within the telecoms or related technology industry.
• Demonstrable success in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
