Telecoms Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Telecoms Project Manager to lead critical projects within their expanding organisation, based out of or remotely supporting operations in Milton Keynes . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of telecommunications infrastructure projects, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies within the telecommunications landscape. You will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress.
• Monitor project performance, track key milestones, and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager , with specific experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources for complex technical projects.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Ability to manage projects effectively in a remote or Milton Keynes -based capacity.
