About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of telecom projects , from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, progress, and key decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate challenging project environments.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools is required for this hybrid role.
