Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive telecoms solutions tailored to client needs, encompassing voice, data, and unified communications.
• Develop high-level and detailed technical designs, including network topology, hardware/software specifications, and integration plans.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose optimal solutions.
• Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders, articulating value and feasibility.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant in the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Deep understanding of IP networking, VoIP, cloud communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone), and contact centre technologies.
• Proven ability to design and document complex technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant industry certifications are a strong asset.
