About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecoms Solutions Architect to join their innovative team in Glasgow . This role is central to defining and delivering complex, end-to-end telecommunications solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and customer teams to understand requirements, design bespoke solutions, and ensure successful technical implementation. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client business needs and technical requirements for telecom solutions .
• Design comprehensive, integrated solutions encompassing voice, data, video, and network services.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, concise solution designs and proposals.
• Engage with customers to present solutions, address technical queries, and build confidence.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and successful deployment of designed solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends within the telecommunications landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar pre-sales technical role in the telecoms industry .
• Deep understanding of IP networking, VoIP, unified communications, and cloud-based services.
• Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with network design, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
