Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure telecommunications systems, including VoIP, routing, and switching infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network performance and system stability.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and technologies into the existing infrastructure.
• Monitor network health and performance, implementing proactive measures to prevent outages.
• Participate in capacity planning and network upgrades.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecoms Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with VoIP systems and technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages for automation is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are preferred.
