Position Overview:

Role: Temporary Administrator

Contract Type: Temporary for 2 - 3 months with the potential of extension

Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour, paid weekly through OA

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Gosforth

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm. Full time.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning team:

• Providing administrative support to the planning team.

• Coordinating contractors and assisting with scheduling activities.

• Maintaining accurate records, databases and documentation.

• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.

• Liaising with contractors and internal departments regarding work requirements.

• Updating spreadsheets and monitoring planned activities.

• Supporting workforce and resource planning processes.

• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Previous experience within an administrative role (essential).

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

• A proactive and flexible approach to work.

• Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance requirements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
